After a year of trying to make living with a newborn work in two side-by-side one-bedrooms, we decided it was time to find more space. Still, that left with the question of what do we do with the property in Jersey City, sell or rent? Our neighbor decided on the former, and we were able to firsthand observe Darden Moorefield and his team's professional handling of that process.
