The Solstice

I've been a tenant for over a year now (a little time after new management was in place) and I've enjoyed living here. Maintenance, Jeremy, is consistently on time and efficient to restore or replace any malfunction. Joanna is the property manager and she's been nothing but hospitable, responsive and reliable from day one. I haven't encountered any issues of my own, which speaks to how well things are run. Noise hasn’t been a problem, and they make real active efforts to improve the exterior and shared spaces, because both have been spotted on serveral occasions hands on revamping the grounds themselves. They’re invested in keeping the property safe and clean and in good shape. Overall it’s a well-managed, comfortable place to live.

Excellent management , quick response maintenance ,there's like no roaches, the garbage gets picked up frequently and they allow pets there's ,dog poop area with poop as provided, no dogs running around off leash, quiet neighborhood good environment for me. I have been here 9 months and have complaints.i feel safe, welcomed and am enjoying living here. Joanna the property's manager is very professional providing a sense of understanding and security.

0/5 stars. I highly recommend NOT living here. The management is terrible across the board—whether through their corporate office or the property manager. Joanna has no idea how to manage an apartment, let alone an entire complex. Unfortunately, I had to live there for three years because it was what I could afford, and those three years were extremely traumatic. In our first year, we were forced to move out of our apartment and literally pack everything as if we were moving out completely because the complex was infested with asbestos. After that, we lived with an unfinished ceiling for over three months. During this so-called “remodel,” the contractors they allowed into my home stole my engagement ring, and the apartment management—who hired the company—refused to take any responsibili

Currently taking them to court... never had a SMUD bill, come to find out they put me in a unit that didn't exist on Smud "grid"... so upon asking them about my SMUD "9016 J" didn't come up,,, built literally on top of the SWIMMING POOL motor 😡 runs all year except part of winter. Stopped cashing my RENTERS ASSISTANCE CHECKS from VETERANS AFFAIRS and took me to court for "not paying rent" and filed against me stating "doesn't receive Renter's Assistance" = fraud... = they're gonna lose. But unfortunately I've had to deal with this headache all because they decided not to honor disabled veterans.

I’ve had a great experience with Joanna being caring and hospitable I would highly recommend living here. My experience has been really great, the property is maintained and the on-site maintenance guy Jeremy is quick to fix anything I need. Overall a great place to live with helpful and proactive management.
