The Smyth Apartments

My husband and I toured many apartments throughout downtown Stamford and Harbor Point, and The Smyth was by far our favorite. The apartments are beautiful, and the hallways and amenities were the cleanest we saw anywhere. You can immediately tell it’s a well-run, thoughtfully managed building. As someone who previously worked as a property manager in downtown Salt Lake City, I tend to notice the details and The Smyth stood out. The level of upkeep and overall presentation speaks volumes. We toured with Roodelyne, and she was hands down the best associate we met during our search. She was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Just moved into this building, couldn’t be happier and I’ve met every person on the staff and they are all so nice. I can’t stress how important it is to have such an amazing detail oriented and responsive staff. The building is kept very clean and has amenities that are so useful. The only downside is the amenities have hours like it’s a college dorm. Management, leasing, concierge and maintenance teams are a 10 out of 10.

Our building social team (Jordan and Amy) do a great job of organizing social events to meet the neighbors. Don’t miss this building!

I’ve lived at The Smyth for about 3 weeks and the experience has been fantastic. Great people in the building, fun and frequent community events and the common spaces are beautiful and kept in immaculate shape. Special shout out to my leasing agent (and helpful person extraordinaire) Jackie Harrow who has been incredibly responsive and takes care of things with a smile!!

We are absolutely amazed by this building! The amenities are top notch - the gym, the common areas, the arcade room - all are comfortable to use and very very stylish. The building is spotless, staff does a really good job maintaining it. And most importantly, we are very happy with our apartment - the plan is well thought through and utilizes the space very well. Our apartment is on the 8th floor and we can barely hear any street noises, probably no noise at all when the windows are closed. I’ve heard from residents on lower levels that sometimes they can hear the street noise, so you probably want to consider living on higher floors.
