My fiance and I were lucky enough to work with the Smith Team in finding our first home. They made the first time home buying process so easy and smooth. Scott was always responsive to all of our questions, attentive, and on top of all the new listings. Most importantly, he was devoted and passionate in finding us a home we love, not just one we have to settle with. The Smith Team is well known in the community and was able to connect us with great companies for our mortgage, title agency, and even home improvement recommendations. This is a realtor team you can absolutely trust with something as big as buying or selling a home. We could not recommend the Smith Team more!!

Todd was wonderful! We were moving to senior housing so only needed help selling our home. He was so helpful about all the little things we needed to do. He did not make us spend lots of money to get our empty house ready. We had a deep cleaning done and put in new carpet. We did speak to another realtor who wanted tons of work done. I was anxious about the entire concept of needing to pay 2 mortgages for a bit. He promised my house would sell. And it did. In 2 days and over the asking price. I am so grateful to him and his team. While I will never need to sell a house again, I have given his name to several of my friends.
