So we bought a home from Len Pratt that his company built 12 years ago.He builds a great house I don’t think we had a problem the whole time I’ve lived here in dancing waters.Top quality all the way.

Pratt Remodeling does an amazing job! Delivering superior quality, beautiful interior design and implementation with a high level of customer service. They handled all aspects of our major remodel with care and excellent attention to detail. Any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our kitchen, dining room, bar, pantry, foyer and mud room turned out more beautiful and functional than we thought was possible. We love our new windows, doors, siding and deck too! Our project speaks for itself. Friends, family and neighbors come over and are extremely impressed with every aspect of our renovation!

We just closed on our custom home by Pratt Homes. There are still a few outstanding items to be completed in the springtime, but overall we are thrilled with our experience with Pratt Homes. Pratt Homes is a well established company with a small family owned company feel. The owners are very involved in the day-to-day tasks of the company, which demonstrates just how much they care about their reputation and their business. It is a company that truly wants to make people happy and puts their customers first. They build beautiful homes, have great customer service and build trusting relationships with their customers. They don't deserve a single star. Put your trust and money elsewhere. After months of waiting, working on our new home, and paying them tens of thousands of dollars they suddenly backed out of the Agreement with no explanation. No one wants this kind of experience and unreliability. The marketing is good, and the talk is nice but, in the end, they’re unreliable, unaccountable and unprofessional. Who would want to gamble that after months of work and high expectations, the company’s owner would without cause just say forget it and walk away? A train-wreck of an experience that no one wants... either emotionally or financially. Let the buyer beware. Something is deeply wrong when customers are treated like this.

Fabulous builder, until you close on the home. The mason work on the fireplace was shoddy. We weren't going to close because of it but were told we'd be taken care of. They ended up putting in some sort of filler between the segments of rock because they're were large gaps in between. It looks better but we cover it with a large picture. We've had two plumbing leaks from upstairs into the main level. Our front doors are fading and we need to have a special stain for them as they are not wood doors. It's been two years of trying to get help for it, so we finally decided to do it ourselves but can't get a hold of anyone to tell us where to send the doors or what to do with them. I would recommend them with reservations.
