I was renting on a property for about 9 years when they bought the property, I Rented from them for about a year they never came by or asked if we needed anything repaired. I did everything myself. Property was full of holes and damage. Rotten old carpet. Kicked me out they wanted more money. I'm retired and they were unprofessional. Never return my damage deposit. Is this how they treat other people?
Rick was great to work with throughout our homebuying experience. He was quick to respond to our emails, phone calls, and texts, and was very easy to work with. His guidance and expertise helped immensely, and we are very thankful he was there to help us through the process. We definitely recommend Gonion Group!
