Jason is an outstanding property manager/handyman. He is incredibly kind, respectful, and always willing to help no matter how big or small the issue is. He responds quickly and genuinely cares about making sure everything is done right. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and pleasant to work with for an apartment complex. Our apartment community is lucky to have him!

I like this apartment, area is nice and quiet. And our property manager, Jason is very helpful and easy to talk to. When our a/c was not working, he made sure it was fixed asap. He gets the job done, very reliable guy.

We have a new property manager, Jason Avery, who started last week. Yesterday he spent over an hour at our apt taking care of three maintenance needs that had pretty much popped up the day before. He did not leave until he had tested the disposal and toilet multiple times. And he cleaned up the work areas as well. Thank you Jason for being so thorough!

Jason is amazing! Always friendly and quick to lend a hand. Always goes above and beyond to get things fixed and done. Truly appreciate having someone so reliable and kind.

The property manager, Gus, is a great guy who is very responsive and friendly to all the guests present on the property. The units themselves and surrounding area are pristine and well kept. Overall great experience with this company!
