Chet Hearn - Senior Mortgage Advisor

Chet Hearn is by far the best mortgage advisor that we have ever had the pleasure to do business. He is very knowledgeable in his field but also got to know is on a more personal level therefore knowing our specific needs. Chet answered his phone every time we called then immediately addressed our concerns or questions. We got no run around with Chet only straight honest answers. We highly recommend him for all your mortgage needs.

Chet Hearn certainly put the leg work in and knew his stuff. With his wealth of wisdom & experience he answered all our questions & he got to work fast on every challenge that came up so there was no delay. I will recommend him to friends & family. We did an FHA loan which required the seller to bring the house up to code before we could close. It was very complicated going back and forth.

I found Chet online and was so happy with him. I didn’t know where to start, but he did. He gave me a name of a realtor which I didn’t have. He helped me many times trying to figure out how to do forms & requests from the mortgage company. I would not have my home if it wasn’t for him. He was excellent, if there was a 10 star he’d have it.

Chet was affable and knowledgeable. If he wasn't sure of the answer to some question we asked (and we asked some that were not covered by all the paperwork), he found somebody who did know the answer and let us know. He was quick to get all the information together for us; there was no long waiting. While we decided the reverse mortgage was not what we needed at this time, if our situation changes and we do want to revisit, we will certainly call Chet.

The process of applying for a reverse mortgage was a humiliating and seemingly never-ending series of “what next?” Mr. Hearn was always readily available to reassure me and help me move to and through each hurdle. He is very knowledgeable, effectively anticipated what might happen through each each stage, and helped me anticipate and address each new step in this process. His obvious knowledge and experience helped keep me informed and able to walk through this process: I knew I could get straight forward and accurate explanation and guidance to this crazy process. I am very grateful.
