The Bluewood Apartments

I’ve been living here for about a month and a half, and I honestly love the community. I haven’t had a single bad experience so far. The views from my balcony are amazing! David, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful and hospitable throughout the entire application process and even after I moved in. Billy, who’s in charge of maintenance, has also been very warm and kind. The amenities are great, and the overall atmosphere here is wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live in Kerrville!

I’ve had a great experience so far at Bluewood Apartments. David has been an excellent community director—very helpful, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. He made the move-in process smooth and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, which took a lot of stress out of it. The welcome package was a nice touch and really showed that the staff cares about residents. Overall, a solid experience and a well-run community.

My husband and I are so excited to move into Bluewood Apartments. We’ve already toured the property, and the quality is truly top notch. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and professional, and the level of service has exceeded our expectations. We are expecting our baby girl soon, and what really stood out to us is how community-driven and peaceful the environment feels. It gives us confidence that this will be a wonderful place to grow as a family. We’ve already been bragging about Bluewood to our friends and family and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality apartment with an amazing atmosphere and team.
