The Shallowford

I have been really impressed with Shallowford. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which makes daily living very comfortable. The staff is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I also love the location—it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which makes getting around very easy. The community itself feels safe and welcoming, and there is a nice atmosphere with neighbors who are friendly and respectful. Overall, living at Shallowford has been a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to call home.

Staff was super nice! We popped in randomly for a possible tour and they happily obliged. Elisabeth was super helpful and answered our questions. Apartments themselves are pretty nice and affordable. Definitely consider moving here if you need an affordable and nice place to rent!

Living at the Shallowford apartment has been a wonderful experience and a big part of that is thanks to our amazing Manager Elisabeth. She is truly exceptional at what she does, from day one, she has been warm, welcoming and incredibly professional. Also very quick response on service request created. If you’re considering moving to the Shalloford apartment, you will be in great hands. Elisabeth and team truly makes this community feel like home.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I was just reading a review from someone named Taylor and I have to agree with her sentiments. I moved here a few months ago and from day 1 I Was disappointed. I was supposed to move in in one day but they ended up pushing it back an entire week because cleaning and maintenance hadn’t been complete and when I came to pick up my keys to move in and do a walk through- it still wasn’t done. The little girl Sydney did my move in and she was nasty. I got my keys and asked if she was going to do a walk through with me and she said no that I would do it online. I came back momentarily and told her that it looks as if the cleaning and maintenance still hadn’t been taken care of. She got snapped at me and said I’m not responsible for that, that’s not my fault. She was the only
