I have been living here for 3 years and I have no complaints about the staff. Sabrina, Alex, and Carnisha (hope I didn’t forget anyone else!) have been wonderful and amazing! They are always professional and they are so kind! The maintenance crew especially Teddy have been nothing but kind to me. Any issues that need fixing they are always on top of it.

Great location and the management is by far the best! Very caring and concerned for the residents. Carnisha, Sabrina, and Alexandria truly look out for the residents and provide great tips on things to explore. It was a great landing spot for the family as we were new to the area.

I’ve been living here for 7 years and I have to say the front office staff Sabrina, Alex and the office manger is one of the best parts about this community. They’re always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure any concerns are addressed quickly. Whether it’s helping with maintenance requests, answering questions, or just greeting you with a smile, they consistently provide excellent customer service. Also, our maintenance person Teddy is very kind and sweet. Every time I see him or his team comes into my apartment to fix anything. I was in the office one day and asked how long have I lived here. I have been at this property with my family for going on three years and I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing. Sabrina and Alexandria are gems and phenomenal leasing agent. The Property manager Carnisha is also amazing. My little ones are able to engage in community activities during certain holidays and the location is safe. Minor maintenance issues like an occasional light needed to be fixed but the maintenance team is swift on response. A very affordable place highly recommend .

I’ve been a tenant since the beginning almost 7 yrs. For the past 2 months I’ve had a problem with unwanted tenants. They are on it though. Management is very much helping me out. I love living here. Never had a problem before with roaches 🪳. Praying they will be gone soon.
