The Ruby Hollywood

It has been a positive experience overall living at The Ruby for the past few years. It is a mostly safe location and it is conveniently located right near the Canyon, which makes it easy to go outdoors and exercise and also to do errands/shopping on Hollywood Blvd. The leasing office staff have been quite nice to work with. Ceci Perricone is an excellent community manager and her friendly approach and precise management of the property is really noted and appreciated. Oscar also does very well on in-apartment repairs. Thank you to the Ruby for making my first living experience in Los Angeles a good one!

I am very impressed with the customer service and friendly experience I have received so far. I am going through the application and lease process from out of state and their agent Lamarr Waller has gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected, even taking and sending me a video of the unit so I could confidently make the decision to move to The Ruby Hollywood while 2,400 miles away. I am looking forward to residing at the property and I know that the management staff will be a great support while I’m there.

I gotta be brutally honest here, I moved in to the building a week ago and been loving it since then. CeCe and Lamar made the whole process super smooth and hassle free. I am very satisfied with whole management team specially CeCe and Lamar, they’re super friendly and welcoming.

I had a wonderful move in experience and am so excited to be a resident here at The Ruby! Daisy has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process- from my original tour to now, one week post move in, she’s answered all my questions!
