The Royal Villas at the Golf Links

I lived here for 1.5 years and it was really enjoyed it. If you're someone who likes to be a bit removed from the city but wants easy access, consider living here. Green bay and Appleton are both 10 minutes away. The managers of the property were punctual the rare times any minor maintenance was needed.

I am currently in the leasing process with Midwest Expansion, but it has been such a smooth and positive experience so far! Brandon and the team have been incredibly accommodating, answering all my questions quickly and working with me on move-in details. I really appreciate their willingness to be flexible and their clear communication every step of the way! If this level of professionalism and care is any indication of what living here will be like, I’m confident I’ll feel right at home. I am looking forward to moving in soon & call this place my new home :)

Great place! Everything is nice and new and clean. Brandon was very helpful and awesome to work with! Move in was quick and easy. There is a wonderful pool and gym, and the sunsets over the golf course are beautiful!

We have lived at 601 County Road U for a year now and we absolutely love our apartment. This is exactly the place to live if you want to be outside of a busy city but also still have a wonderfully modern apartment. Waking up each day to the views of the golf course is a serene experience. The property management here is extremely professional and have been accommodating to all of our needs. 10 out of 10!
