We lived in this apartment for two years, and it was a fantastic experience. The location right on the river provided stunning views, making every day feel special. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and well-maintained. What truly set this place apart was the management team—they were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and always wonderful to work with. If you’re looking for a beautiful home with great management, I highly recommend this place!

Our specific apartment didn't really work out for us for a number of different reasons... but the Midwest Team worked with us to resolve them. They went out of their way to ensure that our situation was fixed, which ended up being a new unit. They even discounted the rate to match the rate that I was already paying for the unit that wasn't working out. This just goes to show you how far they actually will go to help you in the situation that you need it, something that most other places would never do.

My move in date was something I needed very last minute. I know that can be tricky, but Max and Brandon from the management team worked with me so I could come view the property when I had last minute availability. This along with the application process and getting my move expedited made the whole process a breeze. Thank you Max and Brandon! The location on the water is beautiful and I can't wait to spend my days looking out at it. Highly reccommend!! :)
