I have only resided at these apartments for going on 3 months and have had nothing but issues with tenants. No management issues, no apartment issues, great landlord, TERRIBLE tenants. This complex was a 55+ community once upon a time, so consider that when renting. It is not very welcoming for young adults. Police will be called on you for any minor inconvenience that will end with you not in any trouble. Like clothing lines falling down that were already broken and since you last used them, you damaged the property. There is no assigned parking spaces, but will be greeted within 2 hours upon moving in that you will “piss” off residents for parking in their spots they have had for 15+ years, so park in spots that aren’t taken. Installed some AC units, not even 20 minutes after a resident

the above review by orian spears is the tennant who makes all the problems, letting her kids run wild and break everything, throwing food all over parking lot , being loud all hours of the night , place was very peaceful before they moved in. lets do the math before they moved in no problems cops never called, they moved in , nothing but problems . always to sides to every side
