It took me a while to write this review, but after nearly 6 months of persistent complaints over what described below, nothing has even slightly changed. There are several ongoing issues at this complex and the current management appears not to care enough to address them. 1- The most serious issue is the lack of management oversight regarding building and grounds maintenance. For nearly six months, residents have consistently failed to clean up after their dogs in the dog park. With no enforcement from management, the problem has spread throughout the “entire” complex including the entrance, areas behind the buildings, and even the sidewalks. For the past couple of months, we’ve been told that cameras would be installed, but nothing has happened. As a result, the dog park is no longer us

We live in Royal Belmont 2nd year. My special gratitude is to Chris, our senior manager at Royal Belmont. This is the man who really makes our house a home for all international families. His care for the residents is felt in every action, in every conversation, in every resolved issue. Chris is an incredibly attentive, responsive and humane leader. He is always in touch, always ready to help, support and find a solution, even when the situation seems difficult or hopeless. Communicating with him, you feel respect, sincere participation and a desire to really help, and not just "fulfill the duty". Thanks to Chris, there is an atmosphere of calm, trust and confidence in the future in Royal Belmont. It unites people, creates a sense of security and care, and this is a huge rarity. Such man

After having lived four years at Royal Belmont, I thought I owe a couple words of gratitude here. We very much enjoyed our life at Royal Belmont! The office team has always been courteous, polite, professional, and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team promptly resolved our issues including several major repairs on appliances. Common areas are very well maintained by super hard-working people. We will forever miss the privilege of living next to Route 2, Minuteman, fresh pond, spy pond, Alewife reservation, Joyce park, Harvard Sq...Goodbye, Royal Belmont!

We live in Royal Belmont for more than 1,5 year. We are in love with our appartment and the place. Everything is so close to the building and not too much traffic. Moreover, I want to thank manager Chris Gillis, who was our remote coordinator and showed us the amenity online, when we were phisically in Kazakhstan. Chris is truly exceptional! He goes above and beyond for residents, always responding quickly, solving issues efficiently, and treating everyone with kindness and respect. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail make living here such a great experience. The Royal Belmont has very friendly and diverse community, so future residents please come here, you will love this place and people! Best, Dana

Two stars for the measures that the building is taking, but really I just want to give one star. Don't live here if you ever want a good night's sleep, especially avoid the 3000 building. The alarm goes off all the time. The smoke detectors in this building are too sensitive and have been triggered more than six times in a year. Most alarm incidents occur in the middle of the night or early in the morning, around 4 to 6 AM. The soundproofing in this building is VERY VERY bad. Every time someone walks upstairs, the entire living room echoes with the noise. And we can hear every sound from our neighbors! We feel so glad that our lease finally ends so we can move. We have never lived in a place for such a short period! Besides these, people here are nice! The neighbors are friendly, and the
