Had a really great experience working with Jack Lambergs. Our first showing we saw two apartments that we loved and applied immediately. He was 100% transparent with us about everything you could possible think of. We awaited approval and unfortunately were denied by the apartment complex. Jack got us another viewing within a week that we LOVED even more! But unfortunately, were denied once more. Jack continued to keep in touch with us, was incredibly friendly and helpful towards helping us find a home. We would work with Jack again in a heartbeat. He is very knowledgable and knows what he is doing.

Before you do business with them, please read the reviews here very carefully. I dealt with Mr Jack Lambergs. He is the most unprofessional rude human being I have met. I really liked the Hill state apartment so despite reading reviews I wanted to take a chance. He took the brokers fee cheque from me immediately. Before signing the lease, I told him that I want to include a 3rd person before or after I move in. After that he started showing me the door, calling me names like dishonest etc. He mentioned that he won't sign a lease and won't return the brokers fee even when I mentioned that I would like to stay with just 2 people. He made me leave his office and wouldn't even discuss the matter. Next day, when I called him he hung up on me without giving an answer to my question. Please do

I worked with Jack Lambergs to find my new rental home. It was a stellar experience. Jack is patient, super helpful, responds immediately, agrees to repeated viewings, no rush, no pressure, accommodating and resourceful. As a result, I've chosen a property in Belmont which is perfect for me. Ingram Realty responds to tenants maintenance requests immediately, in the most professional manner. Dana Ingram is super helpful as well. Overall, 10 stars experience.

I just had a quick chat with the representative at Ingram Realty inquiring about a property I was interested in. For the most part, the conversation was normal and a regular Q&A. However, just few minutes into the conversation, I realized he was a very haughty individual by the way he cut me during the conversation! I'm glad I didn't have to work with him. Not surprised that this page is flooded with negative ratings. Advice for the representative: Remember, you need us more than we need you. In your business, you deal with clients/customers every day and DO NOT act smart/cool. Show respect and politeness in the words you use.
