The Ridge on 161 Apartments

We had to move out of our previous apartment complex purely being an emergency because my mom’s bathroom and room had flooded. We had only until the end of December to move out and it was already half way through the month so we had to rush to find something. We went to tour The Ridge on 161 where Thomas was our tour guide and immediately he eased our troubles. He answered all of our questions while showing incredible empathy. Because it was the holidays there were several delays in the moving process but Thomas, Elaine and their manager went above and beyond to help speed up our process to help us. Ever since we’ve moved in it has been nothing but wonderful! Everyone is so kind and respectful, maintenance immediately fixes any issues we have and Thomas shows how happy he is to greet us a

Maisie, Elaine, and Tomas were very nice and informative when I came to view these apartments . Maisie took the time to show me the units and go over pricing which I appreciate because lately everything has just been so virtual. They provided a very personable experience. Unfortunately it was a little out of my price range so I wasn’t able to lease with them which is understandable because the location is great. I really did appreciate their willingness to help me find me a place, Maisie even recommended me to one of their sister properties which I did lease with.

Elanie, Tomas, and manager Maisie were very welcoming and helpful. They made everything easy for us. The apartments are nice and very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent.

I have been here for 4 years..My experience has gotten worse every year. I was originally on the 3rd floor and requested a first floor apartment as soon as possible due to an old knee injury. The apartment they gave me was outdated and the kitchen cabinets were stained horribly and were NEVER addressed. I was told that I would be notified as soon as a first floor apartment was available. It took 2 years, and only with my constant hounding I was able to get one. When I turned in the apartment, I pointed out the deficiencies that were never addressed..THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT. I had to pay another deposit for the First floor apartment. Although this apartment came with new kitchen appliances. The washer / dryer are old and I had to have them cleaned. Also, this apartment also.came

Moved in different apartment building been here 4 years and Elanie has been great help getting us 2 bedroom apartment when we moved in. The new manager has been really nice help me with smokers building doing the best she can to resolve the issue which is really nice of her.!
