Yvette was amazing! I have nothing nice to say about the management company that bought this place. But, Yvette is your women if you need help with the important stuff! Thanks for being the best Yvette! I will be renewing my lease for another year now after she helped me.

This leasing office is SLOW. Literally and figuratively. Response time is horrible and it’s been so clear that no one there knows how to do their jobs. All we get is runarounds and them telling us that they’ll call back. Maintenance doesn’t seem to really fix anything, they come in, look at the problem and say they’ll get back to the problem later. I’m paying about 1,800 to pay for something that isn’t worth it at all in services and living. Disgraceful.

Over the summer months, Caleb, Paul, Brendy and David did maintenance work on my apartment. I found them to be knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely courteous. Not only did they address the various issues, but they also presented themselves with the highest degree of integrity. I am also writing in order to share my appreciation for The Ridge's Rental Office staff: Carol, Martha, Yvette, and Brianna. Even though they are very busy, they are willing to place maintenance orders for me as well as answer my questions. I have consistently found them to be cheerful, polite, and knowledgeable.

I would like to begin by stating that I recently took a tour of this apartment complex, approximately two weeks ago, and found it to be very clean and well-maintained. With that said, we have moved forward and are now receiving the keys today. I just want to give a big thanks to Carol and Jasmine for their understanding and patience throughout the leasing process.

My fiancé and I had toured a few apartments before deciding on this one. Carol was super friendly, helpful, and always got back to us in a timely manner. We have been here for 2 months now and we love this place! All the workers here seem to be on top of everything to make sure that everyone has a nice place to call home.
