Sonia was amazing! She was so helpful before, during and after our sale. She gave us great advice and was so supportive in getting us ready and keeping us organized. We put our house on the market and got multiple offers in 3 days and then closed in 10 days for over asking. Sonia was always available to answer questions and keep us calm during our accelerated process. We really enjoyed working with her and will use her again!

I had the most amazing experience with Sonia! I purchased my first home at a young age, I then met my husband and our family grew into a new home VERY quickly. It became time to sell my first house and I had no idea where to begin let alone how to handle that while raising two toddlers! Sonia came to my rescue and walked me through the entire process. She was very patient with my hectic home life, extremely thorough every step of the way, and did not hesitate to be hands-on which was so refreshing. Lastly (but most importantly), she was forever patient and caring with my endless questions. We had an extremely fast close which is exactly what I was hoping for - it was not on the market for even a full month!
