We had just decided to switch realtors because we wanted someone more familiar with the area and market our home was selling in. Patti was great at the beginning, responsive, and informative of the selling process. She connected us with great lender for us to buy our next home, even though she wasn’t the agent on that side of the process, and reached out to us on tactics to sell our house faster without being prompted. However, once we got our home under contract, things went a bit side ways. We were constantly having to reach out to Patti for updates on the next steps, and having to hound her down for important updates from our buyers agent. Buying any home - let alone your first home - can and likely will be an overwhelming experience. Having spent the last month and change working through the process, I can confidently say my fiancee and I are so glad we found Patti to be our buyer's agent.
