8/25 -- still showering in lukewarm water in one bathroom and still having to boil hot water to run a bath in the other bathroom. 8/15 - paying for pest control but the property hasn't had it for several months. Always an excuse. Can't seem to keep hot water... you make request and are ignored. Trying to bite my time and not break my lease... I could go on... be glad when my lease is up. Roach infested, maintenance is terrible, the office manager and staff never walk the property and area extremely rude and disrespectful to residents, police all the time, shootings, robberies and a lot more stuff. 07/29 on Friday we saw a rat near building DD the size of a small kitten. Tried to get a photo but it moved too fast. Told by pest control that the roach issue is occurring because the
The office staff and managers are horrible! They do not care about the health and well being of their residents. My son and daughter in law have had an issue with mice for 3 months. No one listened to them, cared about their issue. They have been killing mice for months, finding dead mice, they are chewing holes all through the apartment , Several complaints and work orders were put in, only to be told that maintenance does not handle that and they had to wait for the exterminators who only come once a week. They were ignored, until we finally had to take legal action and contact the State about conditions. There is always trash everywhere on the property. Trash bins overflowed with trash! It is disgusting! The whole building is infested and the management wont do the right thing and eithe
Kate was very helpful .she made me feel very welcome n comfortable as soon as I walked in. The tour was great. She answered all my questions n concerns. Also, so very patient n helpful while I filled out my application n turned in all my documents. Much thanks for all ur help n everybody in the office was so great to my service animal, Teddi. She is definitely in the right position n enjoys her job. Thanks n God bless I would like to honestly thank Kate for ALL of the support n guidance in this process. Even though my application was denied, n Kate having to make the call to let me know, was so apologetic n supportive with all my emotions n shocking news. I was certain that when Oneapp approved me, I was all set. Well, that shockingly wasn't the case, but I never felt alone. Kate, good lu
Honestly, living here has been pretty frustrating. The biggest issue is how often the water and heat/air systems stop working. There have been multiple times when the hot water just wasn’t available, sometimes for long stretches, which makes basic daily stuff like showering or washing dishes way harder than it should be. The heating and cooling are just as unreliable. In colder months, the heat cuts out or struggles to keep the apartment warm, and during warmer weather the air conditioning has similar problems. It feels like it’s a recurring issue instead of a one-time thing. Maintenance will sometimes respond, but the fixes don’t seem to last very long, and the same problems end up happening again. It’s stressful not knowing if you’ll have working hot water or temperature control, espec
I would post 0 stars if I could. It’s lengthy, but please read the whole thing if you’re considering living here I moved in the second day of July, they overcharged me by several hundred dollars at move-in. Luckily it was applied as a credit on my account But regardless, I was overcharged. Day one I immediately had roaches before I even had a chance to move any of my stuff in. The apartment came with roaches. Spoke with my upstairs neighbor who has had the exact same issue upon her move-in. I reported this several times to pest control and they’ve done nothing but leave some unopened glue traps on our counter. We also have a mouse which I have a video of. Maintenance does not answer any of your request, we went without hot water for almost 2 weeks. Our shower is now scolding hot and wil
