There are things that could be better but one thing that shines here is management. Whitney and her team truly care about the tenants and their well being. Concerns do not fall on deaf ears and professionalism pours out of the management and maintenance team. Great amenities and convenient valet garbage pickup. Very welcoming environment.

Apartment resident with roadside parking, a little noisy but calm.

Ever put in a maintenance request and wait days or weeks before a response? Not here! When I put in a maintenance request here, a maintenance staffer was there the same day, within a couple of hours and the issue was resolved the same day. Woohoo! Great team!! So attentive to my needs.

*STAY AWAY** this property is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The property manager is terrible, the property owners are terrible and the staff are all terrible people. They employ sketchy employees all over the property and business Berkeley Hall properties. They support and still maintain groundskeepers that are openly admitting to wanting to do SA to the women at the property. I came across a video on tik tok and Facebook of a previous tenant that mentioned this more. How disgusting! They also find ways to withhold your money, security deposit and try intimidation tactics. I highly urge you to go anywhere else than this apartment complex.

Great place to live, property manager and staff are very friendly and helpful when needed.
