The Retreat at Knoxville

I've been living here for about six months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move in. I feel confident leaving this review because the experience has been consistently excellent, making this truly a great community to call home. First and foremost, the staff is phenomenal. They are super friendly, incredibly helpful, and always quick to respond to any question or inquiry. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference. The physical property itself is stunning. The grounds are kept absolutely immaculate, and all the amenities are top-notch. I regularly use the fitness center, and it's clear they invest in maintaining a high-quality experience. The computer lab and game room (complete with a pool table!) are awesome bonuses, and the pool clubhouse is a fantastic place

We moved in from out of state. Without ever seeing the apartment we fully trusted the management staff - and they did not fail. The complex itself is wonderful with great amenities like a gym, clubhouse, business center, and even a kitchen often stocked with goodies. With the amenities comes a really fantastic staff. The management team has been amazing. They are timely, responsive, and always in such a great mood when you talk to them. We are grateful to be here and absolutely give 5 stars.

Management is so nice, maintenance is extremely helpful, whole community is amazing. So many great places and people around as well, highly recommend for students, families, or anyone looking for a nice home in Farragut!
