Stayed at 4597 coldwater st from 2019 until 2023.liked the area but it is to many cars all on th street instead of being parked in your driveway.Makes the housing area look very getto
The retreat at baker place is a great neighborhood to live in. I mean, my family have no issues or concerns of leaving here. In his very established neighborhood. The pool is a pretty good size in the park as well. There are paved sidewalks to walk your pets into go on morning or evening jobs as well. So that you can avoid a traffic..
One of Grovetowns newest and upscale place to live. Convenient to interstate, Fort Gordon, shopping. Houses are beautiful. Has club house, swimming pool. Second phase to begin soon with second entrance. I am looking to purchase home there
