Sterlington Apartments

Id like to start off by saying Mariah is a kind leasing agent to work with & made the process smooth but I got lucky & moved onto the first floor with neighbors that have a big dog that runs everywhere. There should be a size requirement of dogs if they’re going to reside on the second floor given these apartments aren’t built the best so I also heard their whole bathroom break one morning also . I was excited to be on the first floor given the fact I have an energetic child & I am a considerate person but obviously not everyone is . This is only the beginning of my lease & I’m already kind of regretting it . If you’re looking at these apartments just go for the second floor or choose else where.

Sterlington has been one of the best communities I ever lived in. From the staff to maintenance, down to the quiet safe neighborhood. I renewed my least last month & I know I won’t regret it!

My experience with finding my apartment was seamless thanks to Mariah! She was pleasant from start to finish. Definitely made me look forward to being in a community that cares about the residents. Jerome the maintenance engineer was great as well. Overall very friendly and welcoming.

The property management is easily the best I have seen. Everyone at the desk is amazing. Never had a trouble during my stay. I really wouldn’t have left here if I wasn’t relocating. The remodeled apartments could have been done better, but no complaints in specific.

My ex-husband lives at sterlington apartments in Grovetown Georgia. He moved there approximately 12 years ago when they first opened. His walls need to be painted and the office personnel said he has to pay for it. Which would be $500. In my opinion he shouldn't have to pay for it because it would be preventive maintenance. That is normal wear. 12 years living there and never been late on his rent. Thanks for your time
