Riverstone Apartments

My husband and I are apartment hunting since he got stationed in that area. Once we walked in, both ladies made us feel very welcomed. We toured the apartment which was absolutely adorable. Once we finished touring, Elizabeth was kind to offer any help moving forward. Very sweet young lady!!! I recommend if you’re in the area for a nice apartment and great helpful staff, this is the place.

April made our tour of Riverstone Apartments an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived she greeted us with a smile and listened to what we were looking for. She answered every question, offered tips about the neighborhood and commute, and followed up right away with the additional information she promised. I left the tour feeling excited and completely reassured that Riverstone would be a wonderful place to call home. If you get the chance to work with April, you’re in excellent hands.

UPDATE: returned to the office at 4pm (office hours list that it’s open until 6pm) and there is still no one present. I was informed that they recently came under new management and things have taken a turn for the worse. Unfortunate because I was looking forward to considering this apt as my next home. Scheduled a tour for 0900, office opens at 0900, it’s currently 0925 and no one has shown up, and doors to the front office are locked. I’ve seen three other residents try to stop by the office to be met with dark lights. Unfortunately a bad first impression when looking for a place to live.

Very nice complex. During our tour we were able to see how clean and well maintained everything is kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful. April, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions.

I want to thank the staff at Riverstone for taking care of me for the past year and a half that I have been a resident, and a special shoutout to Jazlyn for dealing with any issues I’ve had. It’s been a pleasure!
