Leo and Manny they put in that work ! honestly they came quick and did the job quick. I put in the work order last night and they were here first thing in the morning. Honestly super kind they make you feel like family in your own home which is super comfortable.

Hever and Manny have been absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve had a maintenance issue, they’ve handled it quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. They’re both very respectful, knowledgeable, and truly care about getting the job done right the first time.

Shanell is the BEST and most kind human that you could ever meet. She’s the star of the office and she will help you will anything you need. Kind, caring, genuine, so pretty much everything you want when you’re going in to lease an apartment. Highly recommend asking for her!!

During my visit on Thursday, I received exceptional service while seeking a tour. Maintenance Supervisor Gizer De la Rosa demonstrated expertise by showcasing four distinct units, aligning with my specific criteria. His comprehensive explanations of each unit's features and available options were highly informative. Furthermore, he highlighted the ongoing enhancements to their maintenance services, emphasizing their commitment to providing residents with comprehensive support, from initial request to resolution. Mr. De la Rosa's proficiency encompasses a wide range of services, demonstrating his ability to address diverse client needs.

I have been living at this community for almost 6 years, and I absolutely love everything! Since The Retreat at Altamonte Springs took over the staff is always kind, helpful, and professional, and they truly care about the residents. The maintenance team is quick to respond. The property is beautiful and well-kept, and I am excited to see how the pool area is going to look. My apartment is comfortable, spacious, and feels like home. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend The Retreat at Altamonte Springs to anyone looking for a great place to live!
