The Residences on McGinnis Ferry Apartments

I’ve been living here for four years, and I truly couldn’t be happier with Diana. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail in a way no one had before. She was incredibly patient while guiding me step by step through my rent portal and answering all of my questions about a transfer. Her professionalism, clarity, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I genuinely appreciate her support and outstanding service.

Not a good place to live. I have had numerous issues with in the community and my own apartment. When I say not good, I mean it. Crime, much more. Google this place you’ll see for yourself. Misty Jones doesn’t care to take care of illegal use of substance issues.I’ve been screamed at by other tenants for unprovoked issues about handicap parking, nothing done. It’s horrendous. Update: Management, thank you for replying to my review. Unfortunately the above statement is a factual statement. Not sure about your “decision” is implying, I have asked too many times for the request of the drug usage outside my apartment in the building we live in. Maybe take time to take care of the illegal activities on the property you manage.

The team at Residences were super welcoming and supportive! I’ve been to the office twice, they’ve greeted me with warm smiles and definitely was helpful in taking me on the tours and going over everything in my application. Especially Trai, he’s really a sweetheart, very kind and helpful. I’ve visited my aunt here at Residences and fell in love with the complex and the community and now I’m here! Happy to be here! During my moving but also during all my year long Diana Chihane was amazing. She help us with any concern that we Could have and quickly respond to inquiries and services needed for my family. We have neighbor issues and she always went above and beyond meeting with me and looking for solutions. Thank you Diana and thank you Irt Living.

In my experience living here at The Residences on McGinnis Ferry I will say overall it has been great. Have there been ups and downs yes, however this is apartment living nothing is ever perfect no matter the community you live in. I will say this there is a staff in place here dedicated and committed to making sure it is close to perfect as it can possibly be. The community itself is greatly attended to, clean grounds, speedy response to any maintenance or community issues, quiet(after 9-10 pm its little to no movement here), and again a committed community manager and staff that's here to listen and resolve your concerns and just to talk to whenever you want to pop into the leasing office to give appreciation.
