The Residences at St. Joseph's Court Apartment Homes

The apartments are very nice. The residents are friendly. However, the maintenance and communications with office are awful! It’s a senior complex. My mother has been without water in her kitchen because they came to fix her leaky faucet (which has been on ongoing issue) and did not complete the job. WE ARE GOING ON 3 DAYS NOW and cannot get a hold of anyone. It’s all AI. Nobody answers even at their other properties. Funny because they consider no water in kitchen as an “emergency” issue. Heads up- they are associated with Prickett Preserve in Yardley, also so I would be aware of that management, as well. I would be concerned letting your senior parent move here if they need assistance from the company.

My mom just moved in and we absolutely love it! Kevin and Aaron were so helpful in setting her up and making sure everything was nice and ready for her to come in. I feel like I can take a deep breath knowing that she is in such a nice place!

Apartments are beautiful Neighbors are great Great place to live. It's a challenge to get ahold of the management office. I think the new manager Kevin will be a great asset to Aion and the residence.
