I love living here at the Chesterfield's. Unfortunately my car was damaged in the parking lot. For some reason Morgan properties have no security cameras posted overlooking our the car yards. I had significant damage to my vehicle. Security and safety should be a priority. I'm disappointed that a simple fix has been overlooked.

We lived there a couple of years ago and I must say hands down this is the nicest place in this area to live. We resided in the 2 BR, 1.5 BA unit and it was very spacious and comfortable. It was upgraded with a beautiful kitchen and breakfast bar and attractive plank flooring. We absolutely loved living there! Neighbors were nice. It was quiet and well maintained. The office staff are top notch. You will always be informed prior to any inspections or maintenance in your building. Maintenance is excellent and on top of any issues you have. I could go on and on but I think I have made it crystal clear what a great community this is. You get what you pay for. Hopefully one day down the road I will call Chesterfield our home again! I recommend this community to everyone looking for a nice plac

I live here presently and I must say that it has been a very pleasant experience. Maintenance requests get attended to, like almost immediately... and the ladies at the office are very helpful and accommodating. I remember one time I wasn't home and still needed work done..they went above and beyond to help. My neighbours are really nice..opening the doors, watching out etc. They also maintain adequate communication with us, the residents..letting us know of everything even the littlest things. I haven't had a bad experience at all and I hope that continues to be the case.

August will be one year living here, my wife and I absolutely love it. Much better than our old apartment complex. Great staff, very prompt maintenance service (I recently put in a maintenance request yesterday, Sunday, and it was completed beforeI came home from work! Beyond blessed to call this our home for another year!
