The Residences at Potomac Crest

Love this complex! The builder did an amazing job constructing these beautiful units. If there are any issues they are very minor. Tons of cabinet space, a great layout, and everything is modern and updated exactly what I like. I will be renewing for the second time. Definitely worth checking out if you are thinking about a rental. Beautiful location too.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel other tenants deserve to know about my experience here. From the very beginning, our move-in was stressful and disorganized. We were told we could move in on a Tuesday, and we even had the moving truck loaded, when the assistant manager called us arguing and saying, “I never said you could move in.” Luckily, we had email evidence proving otherwise. Because of the office’s mistakes, we weren’t allowed to move in until Saturday. When we finally did get in, the apartment was not cleaned and was in rundown condition — they had barely fixed anything that needed attention. Hey, The Residence at Potomac Crest Apartments is nice! Very well built, quiet, close to a mini shopping area and right by 95. Christine the office manager is superb! Fantastic personality, strong communication and customer service skills, proactive and persistent follow-up, keen organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Christine is also knowledgeable about the property and local area, capable of problem-solving, and effective at building relationships with both prospective and current residents. I renewed my lease because I feel safe and Christine management skills. I recommend living here!

I have had such a wonderful experience here. I moved in earlier this year and everything has been great. My neighbors are quiet, community is clean, and management is great. They’re always kind and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend it more!

We have been here an entire year and our experience with Christine has been nothing short of amazing. She was our leasing specialist last year and helped with every step of the application and move in 😍. Her role changed and she has been just as kind, professional, and treated us like family… despite all our questions, endless visitors parking requests, and packages. We will miss our apartment(moving closer to job) but we will miss her most of all!! The apartments are great too!
