The Residences at Lakehouse

I recently moved out of this community, and my experience with the move-out process was very frustrating. I left the apartment in excellent condition and documented everything with photos. Despite this, I was notified of charges totaling $1,600 being deducted from my security deposit. Based on the information provided to me, I do not believe these charges were justified, and the explanations I received felt unclear and inconsistent. I also want to share my experience with the application process. In my case, I paid the application fee, but later my application was denied without a clear explanation. I have been a resident with The Grahams for many years and have lived at several of their properties, and Lakehouse has by far been our favorite place to call home. The office staff has been amazing, always responsive and attentive when addressing any concerns, maintenance requests, and overall communication. The property itself has been truly wonderful. Our neighbors are great, my daughter loves going on walks to the lake to see the turtles and the environment is quiet and peaceful. The grounds are well maintained, and the team consistently provides informative updates about the property, which we really appreciate. I strongly do not recommend this condominium. My experience living here was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Throughout my entire stay, the carpets in the building were never cleaned, creating an unsanitary and poorly maintained environment. In addition, the apartment walls were never repainted, even though this is a basic standard that most well-managed properties follow. It was very clear that the management does not invest in proper upkeep or resident comfort. What made the experience even worse was the way they handled my move-out. I want to talk about the place that has been my home for the past three years: Residences at Lakehouse, a beautiful community in Miami Lakes that you will love. The entire team, from the leasing office to the maintenance guys, is very professional. They give their touch to the amenities making the condominium impeccably clean and comfortable. The apartments have enough space and many walking closets, also storage in balconies, one of the reasons I decided to move there, but after this three years I can add that this place has the best prices for luxury communities and a pool area where you will feel like you are in a tropical resort with grills, umbrellas and lounge chairs available. 100% recommended!!! ❤️

Absolutely love living here! Beth is a fantastic property manager—always helpful and responsive. Ashleigh, the leasing agent, is awesome: very helpful and always professional. The maintenance team is amazing and quick to take care of anything, and the property itself is beautiful. Highly recommend!
