Myself and my children have lived here for 8 months and It has been an amazing experience. The office staff and maintenance are phenomenal. My children look forward to stopping in the office to just say Hi! Maintenance is amazing and does the job right the first time. There are no corners cut. This is the fastest maintenance turn around I have ever seen. I put a request in on a Sunday about my water heater and I had a new one installed on Monday. I even had a follow up call to verify I was satisfied. The property is safe, clean, and welcoming. The office always has something scheduled for us resident to participate in. I lived at HTC for over 5 years, since January of 2020. I just left last week, June 2025. I can't say enough good things about the property managers and maintenance. Bob and Corey (Corey moved to another location) have always been helpful, friendly and honest. As I pulled out of my drive for the last time, Bob was the last smiling face I spoke with. I couldn't have asked for a better goodbye. Professionally and personally Wilcox does a good job with whom they bring in there. Brenda and now Rhonda have both been good to work with. The community for me was quiet. You'll have a noisey neighbor come and go but that's anywhere. Noise is rare at HTC and if it happens it won't be long term. As an apartment dweller who is into working on cars I was always worried I was the noisey one! Rent wise

Rhonda and Brittany who operate it, are fantastic. They are very open and looks like they love what they do. Very knowledgeable and no hidden issues. Patient. Beautiful club house....and full of nice tenants. Dog friendly!

Very quiet, friendly neighborhood! Been here over 2 years, will be here for another because we love it so much. Rent is pricey, but what rent isn't anymore?! Worth it for how nice it is here. Maintenance is quick and communicates well which is a bonus! That's hard to come by..

Excellent customer service, always warm and kind, understanding, funny, animal friendly. Anytime I go up to the leasing office to get coffee or a cola the ladies are already greeting me with a smile and kind words. I wouldn’t ask for anyone else to run the complex.
