Catalina Club Apartments

I’ve had a good experience with Briar. Catalina Club itself has a really comfortable feel. The apartments are open and bright, and the lakeside setting is a nice bonus. The pool and fitness center are great amenities to have, too.

I’ve lived here for three years and have had a great experience. The community is quiet, peaceful, and well-maintained. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Benita, the property manager, is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend living here!

Catalina Club has been a great place to live. The community is friendly, the apartments are in good shape, and the staff has always treated me with respect. It’s quiet here and feels like a safe, comfortable place to call home.

Will is the man, neighborhood is fairly quiet, has a pool, etc. But man do you get absolutely STIFFED month after month, year after year. I pay almost $1600 for a one-bedroom after all charges, which doesn’t even include electric and gas. It’s disgusting how much the Ackermann Group take advantage of us. How am I supposed to save up and afford a house when I’m paying more than most people’s mortgages for a small apartment? It’s a real shame. Has all ready gone up about $400 in the 3 years I’ve lived here. Ya hate to see it.
