Pataskala Green and Village Square Apartments

The office staff are very friendly and helpful? I gave them additional stars because they have been very helpful to me in the 2 years I've lived in Village Square. And I LOVE the architecture here and love my apartment. ☺️ I have no problems overall!

I really enjoy the apartment, it's spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The maintenance team is reliable and does a good job. Unfortunately, some of the office staff have been rude and unprofessional, which makes interactions with the office less pleasant. I try to avoid dealing with them when possible.

Hello, I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years now. When I first moved in some of the office staff was pretty rude and maintenance was not always the best. However, I feel in the past 1-2 years things have greatly improved. I believe there is new management/was a restructure of management. It's not perfect, nothing is, but this is by far the best apartment I have lived in. I feel a lot of people are harsh on maintenance and don't realize that they service a huge community and that they can't focus solely on one person's needs. I think they do the best they can for the most part. There's a few annoying things here and there but overall we live in a fairly safe neighborhood/decent school district for the price point. The office staff has improved tremendously in my time here.

MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!!! They do NOT CARE for their tenants AT ALL. The maintenance does not EVER fix ANYTHING they ride on their golf carts ALL DAY pretending to work. They put 101 notices on your door for an excuse to enter your home. There is an older dark skinned lady in the office that is very rude and nasty I have had to make reports on. DONT RECOMMEND!

Most inhumane people iv ver dealt with , approved my application just to cancel it because i didn’t answer back within 4 days , took my money for application and rudely didn’t want to give me a reason but could to me she was in fence about my background after asking me about and me telling her the truth as if i had too , im in the oil field waiting to get the appartment , while im wife is 9 months pregnant & with 2 years old hip . I expressed that we needed the apartment before the new born is here and for me to have a home to come home too . I’m highly upset that they was so unprofessional and took more than a month to approve because of Ms.Shelias bias personal reasons
