The Residences at Edmond Park

I've been here for 10 years now and love this place. Friendly neighbors, very helpful and understanding staff. Roger is good manager and there to help if you have a sudden situation arise. Always had maintenance as soon as I needed them to fix something. Affordable living.

I have always paid my rent on time, been a good tenant, yet anytime I place a work order I have to ask multiple times for anything to be done. I put a work order in on the 11th for the heating and still no one has come out. Also tried to call and see about the lease (current lease ends in 28 days), no answer, no call back. Don’t recommend this place at all. From the get go this place has been a headache. Ended up being put in a dirty apartment instead of the one we were shown, the foundation is cracked so the bedrooms flood when it floods outside, went without air conditioning the majority of the summer. Tried to just forget about it and stay, but after not being able to contact anyone and yet another work order being ignored, I would rather take my money elsewhere. Don’t recommend this p

The worst housing I've ever subjected myself to. The management changes constantly and doesn't keep track of their tennants or their needs. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Oh, and don't bother going off some of these 5 star reviews, a couple of those are from the managers trying to boost their rating on here and fool people.

I lived here for over a year and had no issues at all with the apartment or staff. It’s really a great place to live and a good price as well. Going to miss it! Thank you guys for everything- carter
