The Residences at Cypress Preserve

LOVE LOVE LOVE this complex! I miss it here so much🥺! This was my first place ever and it was nothing but amazing to us. I recently moved and how I wish I never left! The apartment it self is nice however the walls are thin so you can hear the upstairs neighbors like crazy. The neighborhood is so peaceful and welcoming. Everyone pretty much minds their business but friendly in passing. Would definitely recommend for small families and women living alone. It’s such a safe area in fort Walton. Also, any time we had a maintenance issues (which was rarely) they were super responsive and usually had the issue fixed less than 24hrs. Lastly, the leasing office lady is so beyond sweet. I adore her and miss her so much!!

Eileen is great! I’ve been living here for about a year and she is super easy to get ahold of, super nice and lovely to talk to! If you ever have any questions she’ll answer them super quick. The maintenance crew also takes a lot of pride in keeping the property looking great. Huge shoutout to Eileen and Maintenance!

I have lived here three years. I wanted to update some information from these reviews. The parking is all fixed now. Once the final buildings were finished and the construction materials were gone, there are always enough parking spaces. I have lived in many apartments. Until I moved here, I had never lived anywhere in which you never hear your neighbors. In three years, I've probably heard my neighbors five times max. These buildings are well constructed. I don't even hear their washer and dryer when they run. I do live on the 3rd floor so that may be a factor. But I talked with my downstairs neighbor about my online teaching and she said she has never heard me (between 5-7 in the morning or late at night). Moved here in early August and the manager worked with me to get moved into a room ASAP (quick turn from the folks leaving). I have had no issues while living here and the location was great as well. I have not needed to use the maintenance crew but I have seen them out and about keeping up the grounds and running other jobs.

Mary is awesome! Always very professional! Maintenance is quick and efficient. Great amenities. Quiet, peaceful apartment complex in a beautiful nature setting. Hands down the best apartments in Fort Walton Beach.
