Jaymar Apartments (Gardner Management, Inc.)

I have lived at Jaymar apartments for many years and have been very satisfied. James and Mark have always been extremely courteous and professional. I would recommend Jaymar apartments to anyone!

Lived here for two years. Great landlords. Had next to no issues but they jumped on them quick if I did. They take very good care of you. For the price you won't get a better location being able to walk to downtown Fort Walton, have a Publix and a Winn-Dixie right down the road, 5 minute drive to the beach on Okaloosa Island and 15 minutes at most to get into Destin. Also very quiet location even though it's close to where all the action is happening.

I moved to the area from overseas, it was difficult finding a place to live in the area that was reasonably priced and close to everything, without moving up to Crestview or out to Navarre. This place is great if your single, married, or have a small family they have two bedroom apartments for a small family. The owners were great with everything, they also take great care of the units and property. Any issue I ever had, I had a response and fix action as soon as I called. Its a 5 minute walk from the apartments to downtown Fort Walton and surrounding restaurants and a 20-25 minute walk to the boardwalk on Okaloosa island if you want to walk. Either way your very close to the gulf and places to go if you drive. I worked at Eglin and it took me no longer than 15 minutes to get to work every

James was personable but professional and very helpful when I was looking for a new place to live. He provided everything needed to get utilities transferred and I found the apartment in very good condition. Privacy is respected, communication clear, and my one maintenance call - AC leaking on a Friday evening - was responded to and resolved within an hour.
