I used Sundance Rental Management as an owner for a year and a half while my husband and I were temporarily stationed out of state due to military orders. After my tenants moved out, my property manager reported seeing “a few” German cockroaches in the kitchen and assured me that pest control would handle the issue promptly. Despite my repeated calls and expressed concerns about how quickly German cockroaches reproduce and infest, it took nine days for an exterminator to come out. I also made it very clear that I would be moving back into the home nine months pregnant, making it extremely important that the issue be fully addressed beforehand. Sundance has been an awesome rental property company to work with. We are moving from out of town and the rental process and signing a lease from afar has been by far the easiest and seamless process we’ve ever had.
