DO NOT even consider living here all of this neighborhood is being built on wet lands you’re almost guaranteed that there will be flooding or structural issues as the houses settle…
Every since the new phase of Cross Creek reserve started, you hear thunder like noise that is so loud and rough it cause the homes to jared, and foundations are cracking from the unstable water line being placed down to make room for more homes, and people driving 50 to 70 miles per hour coming out of the entrance of Cross Creek subdivision.
