The Reserve

I just moved in not even a month ago. I live on the bottom floor I have a leak in the closet where the AC system is. My kitchen floor is now flooding with water coming up through the tiles. When my upstairs neighbor lets water from her sink it floods into my kitchen sink and fills it with water. I’ve put in numerous urgent maintenance request for flooding and plumbing and nobody have contacted me yet. Again it hasn’t even been a month here and I’m locked into a one year contract. I hate I even signed a lease with these people. You’ll do better off going elsewhere to find housing. Nobody want to pay 700+ rent and can’t enjoy what they’ve paid for. They take their time coming to fix anything but when rent is due you can’t beat them wanting their money.
