The Colony is a great place to live for someone just moving to Columbus! Very clean and well maintained.

It’s a really nice place. Staffs are super nice and they’re super quick on helping with any problems/requests. They have good snacks too lol. It’s a nice quiet place.

The Colony is a nice, comfortable, clean, quite, and peaceful place to live. I have nothing but good vibes while at the Colony. The office staff and maintenance staff are the best. Maintenance is always on point and tries to do their very best getting to any concerns I have. Good job everyone. I have no issues with The Colony because they are always making sure the community is safe and comfortable to live

aweful experience, spent the time to come tour an apartment from out of state… ASK TO SEE AN EMPTY ONE. pulled up in a 26 ft Uhaul with all my belongings to the cleaning lady not finished cleaning, if you ask me it looked like she hasn’t even started. putting the u-haul return late. i’m renting a washer and dryer from them as well due to no time to get my own at the moment, washed clothes, put the clothes in the dryer and the outlet doesn’t work, forcing me to go to the dryers and pay to dry my clothes on site. sheetrock in all bath tubs, burn marks on the counter tops, shower heads about to fall out of the wall, mold around all windows, absolute aweful spot. 1300 dollars a month. they got me for sure.

Management was so helpful in ensuring a quick and efficient move-in! The cleanliness of the apartment at move-in was exceptional, and the property grounds are well-maintained. I appreciated management calling & emailing to let me know when someone would be entering my apartment!
