Audubon Cove

Audubon Cove is by far the best apartment complex in all of the golden triangle area. The location is perfectly central to all things, especially if you work at Columbus Air Force base. The move in promise was quick and easy, the manager Amanda is super responsive and quick to help with many needs. Their maintenance team is always super responsive within 24 hours of any request you have. Everyone at Audubon is super reasonable and respectful to other neighbors. This place has more amenities than any other place, and the pool in the summer is amazing. On top of that this place is super affordable especially if you have roommates and the townhomes are so spacious. Can’t recommend this place to people more.

Audubon Cove is very well ran, with responsive staff a phone call away, and a well kept property. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a high quality living space with a convenient location. The staff ensures tenants are taken care of by having great maintenance availability. My heater was serviced the within the day of putting in the request. Outstanding!

Audobon has been a great place to live in columbus! When we moved in our apartment was clean and everything was fixed up from the previous tenants! When ever I have put in a mantente request it has been completed in a timely manner. The pool is a great place to hang out and we grill out there all the time. It’s always been clean and tidy.

Audobon Cove is a top-tier townhouse neighborhood, perfectly situated near everything! Less than five minutes to all major retailers and restaurants in Columbus. It is also central to the Riverwalk and Downtown Columbus. The amenities cannot be topped with a superior pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. The management goes above and beyond to attend to any needs quickly and smoothly. Landscaping is beautiful and includes a sidewalk, two playgrounds, and a dog park. We love living here!

My experience with Audubon Cove has been great. They’re overall very responsive and are willing to work with you on most situations you may need. Their maintenance is amazing and they upkeep everything making your time at the cove super easy and carefree. The community is great and super welcoming. Overall best renting experience I’ve had thus far.
