Do not move into this Woodmill Creek community, this community is on the downfall of unmanaged . The scenery pictures that you see online is fake and edited. Wood-mill creek community it’s self outside areas for families and dogs to play and all residents to walk the walk paths or very trashy and do not keep up with the maintenance. The center piece the ( W ) sign at the waterfront is falling off there’s trash and beer cans all in the waterfront just a unpleasant smell for any person to experience daily especially a long day after coming home and wanting to be outside with friends or families. Seem as THE ONLY care is to build up places for people to own or rent but not care of the long longevity of human lives. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
