The Reserve at Raintree

Reserve at Raintree offers high-quality luxury apartments, conveniently located near a variety of essential amenities, including a mall, Trader Joe's, Target, Walmart, and Sam's Club, as well as easy access to the highway. The rental prices are on the higher side, with my one-bedroom apartment at approximately $1,800. This pricing can be attributed to the current economic conditions. Despite the cost, the apartment provided a safe, comfortable, and well-equipped environment that suited my needs during graduate school. I did not encounter any maintenance issues that required attention, and I experienced no disturbances from neighbors while residing on the third floor. The Reserve at Raintree apartment complex is a hidden gem for low-mid rent rates. As a former UT student, living in 5 different apartments over the last 5 years, I would put The Reserve at Raintree in second place. A couple of things to note that I wish to see improvement: No Grills. Surely, putting a propane grill for public use in the complex can’t be too difficult. Thin ceilings. Never have I heard a next door neighbor. The walls are insulated very well. However, the floors/ceilings are pretty thin and you will quickly learn who has dogs, walks on their heels, and who has children. No garbage disposals. Scraping excess food off of plates into the garbage is not a big deal. However, it is 2023. All in all, this apartment is very cozy and tucked deep into the pocket of multiple neighb

I lived here for a year and had a wonderful experience. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, it is in a great location - quiet, off of major roads, and with enough space to take a walk or stroll. Management staff is amazing; they respond quickly and are always helpful. The apartments are spacious and well designed, and I found all of my neighbors to be extremely courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!

Been a resident now for about 6 months and have been highly impressed with my experience. Management responds immediately to service requests. The grounds and parking lots are very well maintained. The property is quiet with nice amenities. Compared to my last apartment experience, i highly recommend people look at this residence as an option for a new home.
