The Reserve at Palmer Pointe

Review written on behalf of tenant: Metropolitan is an awful company. DO NOT rent from them. I've experienced much of the same experiences with all the negative reviews. My electric bill was over $700 monthly due to a broken HVAC for six months. They provided no solution, and I was forced to heat the entire apartment with space heaters with children present. I believe the HVAC wasn't fixed before the next tenant moved in (how could a management company allow that?). The apartments are poorly constructed with numerous things breaking. When moving out, I had the entire place cleaned, took detailed photos, and was still charged ~$700 for "cleaning fees" that were not depicted in my photos. I recently toured Palmer Pointe and was beyond impressed! The spacious layout, modern finishes, and abundant natural light make the apartments feel like home. The amenities are fantastic—from the pool and fitness center to the beautifully maintained outdoor spaces. What truly sets this place apart is the manager Meredith, she was absolutely delightful to work with! The team was incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel right at home. If I have the chance to move in the future, this community is at the top of my list! Highly recommend!

We are truly happy living here at The Reserve at Palmer Pointe. We moved into the new building, and while there were some issues at first, the team came through for us. Our HVAC system wasn't working, which was frustrating. But to their credit, they took the issue seriously. It took some time but they ended up replacing all of the systems with something completely different and more powerful. Since then, everything has been perfect. We literally have 0 complaints. The community is great, the apartment is beautiful, and we're very glad we chose to live here.

We lived at The Reserve at Palmer Pointe from day one and honestly, it was such a special place for us. We recently had to move not because we wanted to. My job moved. If it weren't for that, we'd still be there without a doubt. This was our first home together, and it'll always be my favorite. There's just something about it, the space, the community, the way it felt like home from the start. Meredith and Chris were such a huge part of that. They made our transition so smooth and made us feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. We never once felt like just tenants. It felt like family. If we ever find ourselves back in Easton, Meredith will be the very first person i call.

Better than nothing. Property manager and maintence guy are great but the needlessly greedy upper management/corporate get in the way and really drag down the quality. It has been over a month and have not received my safety deposit, have only gotten a letter saying that they are keeping $1400 of my $2000 deposit. I asked for proof of the “damages” and they sent me 5 random photos and said that they do not have to prove why they are keeping my deposit despite what Pa state law says. Would only recommend renting from MGM as a last resort
