Enjoying my stay and renewed my lease. Never had any serious problems. The office is quick to fix any issues, and very accommodating. I try my best to fix any minor issues myself, and leave anything major for them. All service requests are answered promptly. Your stay is what you make it. Neighbors stay to themselves, and don’t bother anyone. It’s quiet (too me) and in a good location. Only recommend cleaning the stairways and breezeways more. Other than that, i just make sure my area is tidy. Love my space!

Living here has been a terrible experience. The property has a serious pest problem — I’ve seen rats, roaches, possums, and even raccoons in the breezeways. The breezeways always smell bad and have never been power washed, and the concrete looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The trash compactor is constantly overflowing and filthy. The security gate stays open, so anyone can enter the property at any time. Management is rude, unorganized, and adds unexplained charges to your account without clear communication. It feels like there’s no proper screening process for residents — as long as you have a pay stub, you’re approved. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed community.

The apartment complex overall is about what I'd expect for the price. there are some weird electrical choices (no overhead lights in the bedrooms, half the outlets don't work, but there are double the number of outlets I'd expect for the apartment size). My neighbors can be a bit loud but not unreasonably so. If I ask them to quiet down they do. While not the cleanest places, the maintenance guys are always quick to fix things when I've had to call, they all do stellar work. I haven't had any major issues with new management, but I'll update when I eventually move out.

Don’t move if you value your safety, health and life. This place is a war zone. Management is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I moved into this complex in 2020 when Mrs Karen was the property manager and in the beginning it was a great place to live. As time went on it got worse. For two years of my stay my neighbors on my floor caused continued problems. From physically fighting in the hallway in front of my door, having their dog poop and pee in the hallway in front of my door, among other issues. When two of the tenants moved out they left all their unwanted furniture and trash in the hallway for 8 months before the leasing office even realized they were gone. There was an infestation of bugs and ants that came from the trash sitting there. I had to send multiple videos to the manager from the neighbors across from me continued disturbances at all hours of the night and day. Mrs Karen always listened and addre
