Alexis, Susanne, & Kathy go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to assisting their clients. A large amount of tenants are Senior Citizens and cannot respond to the request of the management through technology simply because they dont have the skill set. When we receive a notice to respond to something in.a timely manner, we are overwhelmed because we dont have the skill set. My blood pressure goes up and my stress level exceeds where it should be. They have helped me so much that when I walk in their office and they call my name, I get instant relief. They treat me with warmth and respect. They walk me through what I'm supposed to do on the forms. They treat me like they would want their own "Mother" to be treated. They are a major factor that I resigned a second lease to s

The leasing office has horrible communication. No one answers the phone, and when they finally do, nothing gets done. I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks to move in with no updates or follow-up. Even going in person doesn’t help it’s the same runaround every time. Erika may be polite, but that doesn’t make up for the poor work ethic and lack of urgency from the entire staff. I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau . this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Run!!!!! From my experience it’s so ghetto and not safe. All the law enforcement’s know it from this area. Take a tour on a busy day and time to see yourself. Try a bit more near the playground area where you may see it all. Kids smoking weed on the playground and almost every building on the stairs blocking from people going through because they will not move, trash on the stairs, swinging on trees when there brand new growing, kids running all over the place with no adult around while cars speeding through, a few big dogs in certain apartments when there’s a limit and the breed, I hear the dogs barking all night, neighbors loud slamming doors and fighting, about 3weeks ago a car got shot up, the hot water goes out fast, kids will sit and hang around your car, yep mines have dents and all

The Reserve is a great place to live. The building has elevators which helps with moving in especially if you want to be on a high floor like myself. The staff in the office are very helpful. Being a new building it's great, the kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops and brand new appliances and high speed internet is included.
