We recently moved into our new apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, everything went smoothly — and that’s truly thanks to Donnell. Donnell went above and beyond on every occasion to make sure the entire process was seamless. She was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure WE felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. New residents here! Our entire experience from start to finish has been excellent, and it’s all thanks to Ryen! She truly went above and beyond and honestly sealed the deal for us to call The Remy home. The Remy is absolutely beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and the location is just perfect. The Remy has everything our previous apartment lacked and we couldn't be happier. From our tour to the approval process, orientation, and move-in day, Ryen has been so helpful, patient, and thorough every step of the way. She made what is usually a stressful process super easy and stress free for us. Please give Ryen her props, she is AMAZING! While we were waiting to get our keys to our new apartment, we even saw one of the residents bring her flowers for her birthday, and we can see why. So far
1. Stolen Packages/Disappearing Items: A pair of $300 shoes was stolen from a package delivered to the building. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have received no support or follow-up from management. 2. Concierge Service: The promised concierge service is false, and no alternative solutions have been offered to insure our packages safety. 3. Security Concerns: There have been incidents of homeless individuals entering the building, some of whom were carrying knives. This presents a serious safety risk to residents and has not been addressed. 4. Leaks and Water Damage: I have reported water damage in my closet, along with multiple leaks in the building, yet I have received no follow-up or resolution despite having called at least four times. 5. Stayed in these apartments for a year and quickly decided to leave! The property was nice and could sell itself but management lacked. —Maintenance and cleaning staff- were a 10 out of 10. Also kept the building clean and responded to maintenance requests in a timely fashion. — leasing staff- 2 out of 10. The amount of times the staff had changed in a year, speaks values of the management company. Starting at the top on the chain down to the concierge. They all lack basic knowledge of running a residential property. And despite the amount of days they close for training, none of the training was evident. 1 out of 5 stars – Do not recommend The Remy I do not recommend moving into The Remy. We had a one-year lease and, toward the end of it, management conducted an “audit” and suddenly claimed they had been undercharging us. They back-charged us for nearly $2,000, including a second car fee and pet fees—even though we had already provided all required documentation proving our dog was an emotional support animal. We even had email confirmation from the manager, Jamie, acknowledging she had received the paperwork. Despite that, they still back-charged us at the end of the lease and demanded payment before moving out. The main reason for my 1-star review is the management.
